Jennifer, thank you for writing and publishing this. There are so many more experiences than male/female, straight/gay. Some of us are, to all appearances, much more complicated than those binaries allow. I say “to all appearances” because I suspect that most people would be more complicated than that if they let themselves be. We only seem more complicated because the brainwashing didn’t really “take”. I’m pretty okay with my choices, but, obviously, I went looking for transwomen who ain’t changing and found your article. Glad I did.
