I was unable to find that survey. They must have only asked Protestant pastors because Catholic and Orthodox Christians are amillenialist. Catholics are about one in four US Christians. That wouldn't make sense though, because Lutherans, Anglicans, Methodists and most Anabaptists are also amillenialist. I can't figure out how a legitimate survey could find so many senior pastors who would contradict the teachings of their own churches, but strange things happen.
