Jesus lived in a country that was occupied by an oppressive foreign power - the Romans. There were armed rebels in His community, called "zealots", who actively engaged in hostilities against Rome and Rome's agents, including tax collectors.

Jesus extended His love and healing powers even to Roman soldiers. He included among His inner circle a former tax collector and a former zealot. He brought people together regardless of their previous affiliations. He also broke social barriers regarding ethnicity and gender, in ways that were shocking to His disciples. This was quite consistent with the behavior of God in the OT, who showed little regard for human ideas about who should be loved and who shouldn't.

I have the impression, based on my reading of Scripture, that Jesus would be happy to attend a same-sex wedding. He might even provide some wine.
