You are right. My denomination - ELCA - has formally rejected the words of our founder, Martin Luther, regarding Jews. On that subject, and a couple others, he was sadly no better than his time.

Jesus was a Jew. All of His teachings are rooted in the Hebrew texts. Christians would do well to understand that.
